How I Met Your Mother

A father recounts to his children - through a series of flashbacks - the journey he and his four best friends took leading up to him meeting their mother. How I Met Your Mother is an American sitcom that stars Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Cobie Smulders, Neil Patrick Harris and Alyson Hannigan. It follows the narration of Bob Saget about Ted Mosby’s love life as it is told from year 2030 to the day he met his wife. The narration recounts to his son and daughter the events that led to his meeting their mother, which explains the title and allows for a narration in the past tense. Cristin Milioti joins the cast as a series regular beginning the 9th season of the series playing the mother of Ted’s children.
