The Passing Bells

At the outbreak of World War I, two teenage boys - one German and one British - defy their parents to sign up. An epic historical drama spanning the five years of the First World War, as seen through the eyes of two ordinary young soldiers. The Passing Bells will see the conflict of the First World War unfold through the eyes of two young men. Paddy Gibson and Jack Lowden play the lead roles of Thomas and Michael, two men for whom the war has no mercy. The story follows them over five years, as they grow older, lose comrades and find love amidst the horrors of the war.
